Public Health professional, with years of experience in the area of water sanitation and hygiene, HIV/AIDS, maternal and newborn health, nutrition intervention working for non- governmental and governmental organization. Experienced in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, developing data collection instruments, report write –up and well versed in using statistical softwares.                                            

Mekdelawit Derbe Hailu (Psychiatry professional, Nursing) 

Qualified psychiatric professional, with years of experience in patients with different mental disorders including autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and special learning disorder. She also had a chance to work closely with parents that she helped them to overcome the mental challenges that comes with parenting and fostering.                     

Abreham Tenker

(BA Accounting and finance, MBA Business Administration)             

Oversight of finance, human resource management, logistics, procurement, administration, and information technology (IT) support to the project, oversight of the project’s management of financial and reporting functions to ensure compliance with the terms of the agreement, coordinate and consolidate the projection of monthly, quarterly and annual expenditures and prepares pipeline estimates for the project, provide leadership and support during project start-up and close-out with regard to setting up the project office, bank account, operations and logistics, staff administration, etc., consulting on ERP deployment for any kind of institutions. Provide training and guidance to field finance officers and COP on managing project expenses to annual work plan and contract budgets.                                          

Hindia Aman

(MPH, Monitoring and Evaluation)             

A Nurse and Public Health professional with years of experience in planning, organizing, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating health activities in the community. She is certified professional on qualitative research methodologies, monitoring and evaluation. She also has trainings and experience on integrated management of neonatal, childhood illness, HIV counseling test and treatment of non-communicable disease.
